I have a day job, a husband, 2 kids, 4 step kids (who wouldn’t turn to chocolate?). I am currently studying for my Advanced certificate of Nutrition & Health, specialising in healthy body weight nutrition. By night I blog here about anything and everything weight related. Not so much a mushy ‘you must learn to love yourself’ blog but more of a getting down to the nitty gritty issues that may not be so politically correct!
I like to research food and things we think we know and really blow the lid off things. I recommend everyone eat low carb foods, and by carbs I mean processed, and the reasons for that are in the posts here, here and here.
I’ll make you laugh, I’ll make you cry but you can definitely be guaranteed this will be a place where you can sink your teeth into some real juicy stuff. This will be a place where you can let it all hang out. Tell me what you really feel, because chances are I’ll be telling it how I see it without pussy footing around!
I want you to learn new things that will really help you with your weight loss journey. I’ve done it and I know you can too. I will teach you what I know and what has worked for me. It could help you too, especially if you’ve been trying to lose the weight for years! Please refer to the policies page in regards to starting any new diet or exercise programme. It’s just to make sure you don’t try and sue my arse off in case something bad happens!
