Media and many magazines often talk about green tea as being a ‘super food’. It is always promoted as healthy and a great way to help you lose weight. Apparently it’s better for you than coffee and contains loads of antioxidants too.
It definitely sounds good. It’s the ‘go to’ beverage for Asian cultures and you see it everywhere in restaurants serving Asian cuisine. So what’s true about green tea? Is it all it’s cracked up to be? Well let’s take a closer look.

I think we can all agree, that potatoes are absolutely divine! They are the most wanted vegetable of all time! Are they really fattening though? We all assume they are, but it would be nice to eat potatoes without thinking I’ve blown my healthy eating! Can you eat potatoes and still lose weight?
I’m about to embark on a fairly controversial topic. That topic is loving yourself and being overweight. It’s a fairly complicated topic so I’m only going to touch on a few main points.
