WHICH BODY PART DO YOU HATE THE MOST?
If you had to pick ONE body part that you’d really like to fix,
that would make the WORLD of difference,
what BODY PART would you pick?
When you’re looking at photos of yourself which body part makes you CRINGE THE MOST?
For me that’s my flabby arms. Short sleeves and sleeveless clothes are a constant reminder of my flabby arms and you just cannot hide them! Yes, you have those daggy ‘wraps’ and ‘bolero’ jackets or ‘sheer’ sleeves to help but I really cannot be bothered with any of those. Especially when the weather is soooo hot! I’m hardly going to look like I have skinny arms with any of those on! So what to do??
THE THIGH MASTER!
I have discovered the most unlikely of ideas to tone my arms; THE THIGH MASTER!
Remember that?? The great piece of equipment Suzanne Somers promoted back when we were all still teasing our hair and listening to Bon Jovi on our Walkman??
INNER THIGH JIGGLE?
My inner thighs have always been a jiggly issue so I thought I’d get a thigh master to help tone that area. But unlike my flabby arms, my flabby inner thighs are not on show ever! Even at the beach I wear shorts. I don’t have to worry about bikini line or flabby thigh issues!!
My flabby arms are my other main headache so I wondered whether I could use it for that too.
I only really like to walk for exercise and anything else would have to be;
very NOT time-consuming
and preferably something I could do whilst doing something else (like sitting down)!

Just hold the thigh master on your thigh while sitting down and press down with your hands. Swap to your other thigh and repeat. That’s it. Just make sure to keep your elbows close to your torso while you do it to make sure you’re working the triceps, slowly return to starting position.
FOR INNER THIGHS
For inner thighs just sit in a chair and place the thigh master between your knees with the hinge pointing down. All you have to do is squeeze the handles together using your inner thigh muscles. Try not to use your knees and slowly release to starting position!
